Patrick O’Hare, the founder and Managing Partner of O’Hare Consulting, brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and private equity. His career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in investment and business growth strategies.

Patrick founded his first company in 2002, rapidly growing it into one of the largest home health care providers in the country. During this period of fast-paced expansion, he gained hands-on experience in scaling operations profitably and sustainably.

After successfully selling that company—along with several other ventures—Patrick developed deep expertise in preparing businesses for sale, with a focus on maximizing both valuation and deal terms for owners.

With a background in public accounting, an MBA from The Wharton School, and experience managing billions in assets for a major mutual fund, Patrick brings a rare blend of financial acumen and real-world business insight. He is uniquely qualified in valuing enterprises, identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and guiding strategic exits for entrepreneurs.
